I had the displeasure of reading this guy's assessment of the Hurricane disaster and why he can't feel empathy. Really deep.

From his perspective, I suppose it can be difficult to empathize with people who live in houses and have families and have lost everything in a natural disaster.

The next time there is a catastrophe at the annual yuppie regatta, I'll think of him.
